How it works

Buying

  1. Find what you need. Search, or browse by category or store.
  2. Add to cart and check out. You can order from several stores at once.
  3. Choose how to pay. Mobile money, cash on delivery, or pay when you pick up.
  4. Track your order. Use your order number and phone on the tracking page.

Selling

  1. Open a store. Register with your business name, phone and location.
  2. Wait for approval. We review new stores, usually within a day.
  3. Add products. Upload photos, set prices in USD and keep stock up to date.
  4. Fulfil orders. Accept new orders, mark them ready, and hand them over.

Paying with mobile money

Send the order total to the number shown at checkout, then enter the transaction ID from your SMS. Our team confirms the payment and the store starts preparing your order.
